#75cupcake Health Challenge

Yes. I'm back with another challenge. This time, it's a health challenge, and it's called 75 Cupcake. Before we dive into the details, let me give you a quick rundown of what this challenge is all about.

75 Cupcake is a modified version of the 75 Hard Challenge, which was created by Andy Frisella. The original challenge requires you to complete five tasks every day for 75 days straight, without any excuses or exceptions. These tasks include things like working out twice a day for at least 45 minutes each, drinking a gallon of water every day, taking progress pictures, and following a strict diet.

Now, while I'm all for a good challenge, the 75 Hard Challenge was just too intense for me. That's why I decided to do 75 Cupcake instead. With 75 Cupcake, you still have to complete the same tasks every day, but you're allowed to modify them to fit your own lifestyle and goals. And if you miss a day, you don't have to start all over again, thank goodness.

So, what are the tasks for 75 Cupcake? Well, they include working out (at least once a day for 45 minutes), drinking a gallon of water, taking progress pictures, reading 10 pages of a non-fiction book, following a healthy diet, and taking vitamins. As you can see, these tasks are all designed to help you lead a healthier and more balanced lifestyle, without being too strict or overwhelming.

For me, the biggest challenge has been the water intake. I'm used to drinking about 20 oz of water a day, which is definitely not enough. But since starting this challenge, I've been making a conscious effort to drink more water, and I've already noticed a huge difference in how I feel. I also love the fact that this challenge is helping me to be more consistent with my weightlifting workouts. I've been using the book "Thinner, Leaner, Stronger" by Michael Matthews as a guide, and it's been super helpful.

Now, let's talk about the diet part of the challenge. I have to admit, I have mixed feelings about diets. On one hand, I think it's important to eat healthy and nourishing foods that make you feel good. But on the other hand, I don't think we should be so strict with ourselves that we can't enjoy a cookie or two every once in a while. That's why I've been following the paleo diet since November, but I'm not too strict with it. I still allow myself to indulge every once in a while, but I make sure to balance it out with healthy meals and snacks.

Overall, I think this challenge is a great way to kickstart a healthier lifestyle. It's not too strict or overwhelming, and it allows you to modify the tasks to fit your own goals and needs. Plus, it's always fun to challenge yourself and see how much progress you can make in 75 days!

So, what are your thoughts on diets? Do you think they're helpful or harmful?
